CONTEXT

When FEG, a leading sports betting company, approached us to design a teambuilding experience, their challenge was clear:

How do you unite a competitive, sports-loving team that’s geographically spread across the country and rarely interacts face-to-face?

That’s how “Live the Sport” was born - a fully tailored teambuilding concept inspired by the energy of the sports world, and designed specifically for FEG's dynamic culture.

The idea was to channel employees' passion for sports into a structured, high-energy experience that would strengthen interdepartmental connections, while reflecting FEG’s brand identity.

The result? A multi-edition, multi-phase team event that’s now become a signature experience.

OBJECTIVE

✓ Strengthen teamwork and communication across departments.

✓ Channel the participants’ competitive spirit into engaging, inclusive challenges.

✓ Create memorable moments in a scenic, outdoor setting.

✓ Deliver a seamless experience for 400 participants from across the country.

SOLUTION

A sports-inspired teambuilding adventure, hosted in two editions, with a balance of healthy competition and social connection.

Venue & Logistics:

Hosted at Zaga Zaga Resort, a scenic, activity-friendly venue perfect for large-scale events.
Coordinated transportation, full-board accommodations, and onsite logistics.
Organised registration, check-in, and distributing teambuilding kits.

The Teamwork Circuit – Interactive Sports Challenge:
A dynamic set of sports-inspired team challenges, designed to promote collaboration and fun:

20 teams of 10 people, facing off in different challenges (backup activities were also prepared in case of rain)
Custom leaderboard tracking to encourage friendly rivalry.
An MC to guide, energize, and entertain the teams.
Award ceremony for the highest-scoring team, complete with trophies and a victory flag.

Evening Outdoor Party:

DJ & dance floor under the stars.
Open bar & festive lighting.
Time to relax, connect, and celebrate.
