CONTEXT

Each year, our partner BOLT Romania organizes a Summer Summit that brings together its energetic and dynamic team. In 2023, this event held even greater significance as it marked BOLT’s 10-year anniversary.

In alignment with BOLT International, the event needed to celebrate this milestone while maintaining the team’s tradition of an engaging and fun-filled gathering.

With 150 participants, we selected a stunning beachside location to match their vibrant company culture. The event took place on September 7-8, 2023, and required careful logistical planning, from transportation to accommodation, entertainment, and branding elements that reinforced the anniversary theme.

OBJECTIVE

✓ To strengthen team bonds through interactive and competitive activities.

✓ To celebrate BOLT’s 10-year journey in a way that reflected their youthful, high-energy brand identity.✓

✓ To create a seamless, memorable experience, including smooth check-in/out, engaging activities, and branded surprises.

SOLUTION

We designed a two-day immersive event that blended adventure, teamwork, and celebration:

Seamless Logistics:

Managed transportation from Bucharest to the seaside for all participants nationwide.
Coordinated check-in and check-out, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
Placed goodie bags in each participant's room as a personalized welcome.

Teambuilding on the Beach:

We divided participants into teams of 10 and designed an interactive challenge circuit.
Each team rotated through fun, high-energy activities such as - Giant Volleyball, Bubble Football, Bucket Fun & Kayak Racing
Teams earned tokens for each completed challenge, later exchanged for surprise boxes.
Inside the boxes were large puzzle pieces that, when assembled, revealed a custom-designed 10-year anniversary image featuring BOLT’s mascot – the Honey Badger.
A drone captured the moment, with colorful smoke effects enhancing the celebratory reveal.

Beach Party Celebration:

A DJ-led party, bringing high energy to the beach, including a bonfire
A special celebratory prosecco toast to honor BOLT’s 10-year milestone.

RESULTS & IMPACT

✓ The team-building challenge was a hit, with participants actively engaging and competing in a fun, dynamic way.

✓ The puzzle reveal moment was a powerful visual representation of BOLT’s 10-year journey, creating a memorable highlight.
